How our team-building works

Our team-building activity works for groups of all sizes and do not require any special knowledge about Malaga. 

Introduction, 20 mins

Our team-building game host meets the team at the agreed place (Plaza de la Constitución, hotel, restaurant, etc ), sets up your teams of 4-7 participants in each, makes the introduction, gives instructions and the team-building game kit (special GPS compass and treasure book).

Scavenger hunt game

Once the Malaga team building game is on the teams are off on their own, wandering the hidden alleys of Malaga, solving riddles and searching for hidden clues throughout, whilst connecting and collecting memorable experience with each other.
Usually takes 1,5-2 hours. 

Award Ceremony, 20 mins

When the time of the team building game is over we meet the teams in the magical gardens of the famous cathedral (or at another agreed spot). Our hosts welcome the teams at the final spot,and ask each of them for the secret code to open their treasure chests, filled up with typical Málaga treats for everyone. It is also possible to include a special award ceremony.
